GFTC Has Combined Its Personal Property Tax Compliance AND Business License Services

Our firm has designed a new process to combine our Personal Property Tax Compliance and Business License Management services. By bundling these services we have been able to reduce our clients’ cost in both areas. We believe our firm offers the premier compliance service in the market. As an approved user of PTMS software, we not only meet the basic expectations of every client, which includes filing returns on a timely basis, we also apply a comprehensive approach to these projects and use this opportunity to:

  1. Reduce the property tax your company would have otherwise paid
  2. Reconcile book/tax return information to ensure accurate documentation for audit purposes
  3. Identify potential opportunities to reduce other taxes such as federal and state income tax
  4. Handle routine and complex audits

Using our LicenseHQ software, which is preloaded with over 120,000 types of business licenses and permits, we are able to create a streamlined process for filing and ensuring your company’s locations are filing the necessary business licenses to conduct business. After loading the address information for all of your company’s locations we are able to identify all the licenses and permits each location is required to file as well as any new documentation that should be required in the future. In the unlikely event we discover a license that isn’t currently in our system we are able to load that license into the system and then file the license for our clients.
